Year 1 SeaLife Adventure

It was finally time for our much anticipated trip to SeaLife Adventure! On the coach there, Year 1 children rehearsed their Geographical knowledge spotting different human and physical features they could see. They also loved singing songs on the coach to pass the time.

When we arrived, we carefully looked at the different areas on the map to plan our route. We saw fish that live along the local coastline, as well as animals from rivers and oceans across the world. The children loved using their Science learning to describe the different animal groups and characteristics. We were even lucky enough to see the macaques, otters and meerkats at feeding time! The children particularly loved the dinosaur and butterfly exhibitions.
