Year 3 - Chatta - Neil Armstrong/Yuri Gagarin

Today, Year 6 presented their CHATTAs to Year 3.

Pupils were given a person of scientific interest to research and then produced a CHATTA about them. The children spent time researching the childhood, career and achievements of their selected person.

Otter listened to a CHATTA on Neil Armstrong and Seal Class listened to a CHATTA on Yuri Cagarin. Armstrong is an astronaut whereas Gagarin is a cosmonaut

Year 6 spoke fluently, confidently and with great knowledge. It was clear each child really understood their part of the CHATTA and they were also able to answer questions in detail at the end.
