Year 6 - Festival of Reading Outdoors

Year 6 enjoyed using their imagination to create stories from books they had read using shadows at Forest School today. They spoke about stories they had read and then created their own stories using their shadows. As it was a beautiful day the children were able to really portray the characters and setting through the use of shadows.

During 'Calm Me' at the end of Forest School, the children spoke about how the stories made them feel and how their reading came to life in the outdoors.

Well done Year 6 for showing great creativity and imagination.
