Dormouse & Hedgehog - Happy Lunar New Year!

Happy Lunar New Year! 

This year, it is the year of the snake.

The children in Reception celebrated by taking part in a Lunar New Year workshop where they listened to traditional Chinese music, and learnt how to dance with fans and parasols. They even got to take part in their own dragon and lion dance!

The children also had fun trying some food. They got to taste test vegetable noodles, vegetable spring rolls, egg fried rice and pinapple cakes.
