Year 6- World Book Day

Today, Year 6 enjoyed the different World Book Day activities. Each child came dressed in costumes from their favourite books and we were impressed to see the variety of books that had been read in Year 6. The Year 6 children enjoyed the 'Anansi' performance this morning and then also took part in a follow up workshop. 

The children in Year 6 also supported children in Early Years and Year 2 with their reading. Each child was buddied up with a child from a different class and they read their books to them outside. 

Well done Year 6 for showing engagement and a love for reading.
