Year 1 Parts Of The Body

Year 1 have had a very busy week packed full of learning! In Science, children enjoyed drawing around their friends and labelling the basic parts of the body. 

Making full use of the seasonal changes as we move through November, children explored an activity where they searched for phonic sounds in an exciting Autumnal hunt. 

We also had some special visitors spend the afternoon in Year 1. They do not have a name yet, but the School Councillors have collected the most popular ideas in each classroom and soon we will be able to introduce them to you!
