Year 4 - Reading with Year 1

In Year 4, over the Autumn term, we have been reading with the Year 1 class, listening to them read and talking with them. Reading together encourages cooperation and supports the enjoyment of reading. 

The class has really enjoyed the experience of being outside in the play area, working with the younger pupils, leading and taking responsibility whilst engaging in the books.
