Year 2 Athlete visit - Fredrick Afrifa -

We had a great morning when sprinter Fredrick Afrifa joined us and explained how he got into running. He explained how he became determined to win and what his coach had said to him to encourage him to win 'Keep moving forward!'

Everyone did their best in the exercises he showed us and the determination could definitely be seen on the children as they practised each station.
