Dormouse & Hedgehog Class - Diwali Celebrations!

We had a fantastic time today, learning all about Diwali. Mrs Drayan told the children all about the traditional stories, taught them Bollywood Diwali dancing and shared her diva lamps, decorations, photos and books with them. 

We then attended a Diwali Workshop, where we learned the names of all the individual dance moves and dance routines. 

The children will learn more about Diwali throughout the week, making Rangoli patterns, Mehndi designs, dancing and creating their own diva lamps.
