Year 2 - Hopes and Fears for the Year

Year 2 enjoyed having some calm me and circle time. They met Jigsaw Jojo who shared their worries with us. We learnt about identifying some of our hopes and fears for this year. We also met the worry monster that is in our classroom and remembered how and when to use it.

During Maths sessions we have been learning about 2d and 3d shapes. We went for a shapes hunt around the school and we found so many of them!

Forest School is so exciting! Now that we are in Year 2 we get to go Hatter's Wood. We get to explore a different part of the forest, climb new trees and observe the deer from the distance.
