Dormouse & Hedgehog Class

The children have had an exciting week learning about the artists Monet and Kandinsky. We went for a walk to the Lily Pond in The Manor to see real water lilies, that would have inspired Monet's 'Water Lilies' paintings. We practised lots of different ways to create concentric circles, as Kandinsky displayed in his works. 

They impressed us with amazing artwork that they will finish next week, before displaying for everyone to see.
