Dormouse & Hedgehog Class WC 16.05.22

This week in Reception we were very lucky this week to have visits from a Veterinarian Nurse and a Paramedic as part of our People Who Help Us topic. Wellgate Farm brought some goats, lambs and guinea pigs for us to pet, feed and learn about. The children had an amazing time interacting with the beautiful farm animals, who were extremely friendly ...and this all took place on our Outdoor Classroom Day too! We even managed to do our phonics lesson in the garden, which the children really enjoyed, as they could also watch the animals arrive. 

We have been having lots of fun learning the dance and song for our Jubilee Celebrations next week and Hedgehog Class had a sunny morning at Forest School. We also had our regular trip to the Enchanted Wood Library and attended the school Celebration Assembly.
