Year 2 - Forest School

This term both classes have enjoyed Forest School, despite the cold and wet the weather the children have love it! Jumping in muddle puddles and talking about the changes in teh environment in Winter. The muddy 'river' was a huge hit too as it has had the most water we've seen!

We have had the swing and hammock out, where we have taken turns pushing each other as well as working as a team making tree spirits out of mud which we stuck on trees, with hair, eyes made out of leaves and twigs. 

Some even made George's Marvellous Medicine out of whatever they could find on the floor, making up their own invention of the medicine with some great results, which were acted out. We even made George's house as a den.
