The Eco-Committee have been thinking of ways to reduce the amount of litter produced by fast food companies in the local area. Over the last few months the Eco-Committee have been making and creating litter picking kits in order to help the fast food problem. They were invited by an external group called 'Social Enterprise' to share their pitch and ideas to a team of Dragons' Den judges.

Today, the Eco-Committee pitched their idea at a venue in Romford and explained to the judges what their plan entailed. The Eco-Committee hope to sell their litter picking kits to other schools in the local area, so they can catch onto the fast food problem too. They are hoping that this will reduce the amount of litter in the community.

The Dragons' Den team were extremely impressed with the Eco-Committee and awarded them an award of 'Community Champions' for their hard work and determination to get the community as involved as they could within their project.

Well done Eco-Committee for working so hard over the past few months and for being recognised for this hard work by the Dragons' Den panel.
