Year 1 Wellgate Farm

Year 1 were very excited to have been visited by Wellgate Farm this week. They loved getting to help feed, brush and cuddle the animals. We learnt about what the animals ate and whether they were a carnivore, herbivore or omnivore. We also discussed their physical features and characteristics and which animal group they belong to. Ask your child to tell you what was their favourite animal to see and why.
